The VCU Foundation is a nonprofit corporation that functions
as a charitable foundation to support Virginia Commonwealth
University.
We solicit, manage and distribute current and endowment
gifts for all schools, departments and programs across
the university with major emphasis on the Monroe Park
Campus.
The Foundation is governed by a 28-member Board of Trustees
with professional experience at leading business, legal
and financial organizations. Many are VCU alumni.
The president of the university, its chief financial
officer, vice president for advancement and rector of
the Board of Visitors serve as ex-officio members.
